Boudoir is about so much more than lingerie and pretty poses. It’s about stepping into a version of yourself you may have forgotten—or haven’t even met yet.

You’ll laugh, you’ll feel powerful, and you’ll see yourself in a whole new light. Most women say the experience is just as life-changing as the photos themselves.

And here’s the truth: it’s completely normal to feel nervous. Almost every woman walks in thinking, “I’m not sure I can do this.” By the end of the day, she’s saying, “I wish I’d done this sooner.”

  • Once you choose your date, we’ll schedule your wardrobe planning video appointment to talk through your vision, wardrobe, and goals. You can show wardrobe ideas you already own or we can share our favorites with links to help you prepare so you feel confident walking in the door.

  • You will bring 3–4 outfits that make you feel amazing. Think lingerie, body suits, robes, or even something sentimental. Your photographer, Michele Johns, will help guide you with what works best.

    You don’t have to spend thousands on lingerie—though you can if you’d like!

    Many women bring a mix of:

    • Lingerie sets or bodysuits

    • Cozy sweaters or oversized shirts

    • Jeans + bralette combos

    • Something sentimental (partner’s shirt, wedding veil, heirloom jewelry)

    • Bare skin or simple tank top for water play

  • On the day of, we would love for you to begin your experience with our optional professional hair and makeup. ($150 and worth every penny - and plan a date night afterward!)

    During your shoot, Michele will guide your poses - from head to toe —so you never have to wonder what to do or worry about looking awkward. All you have to do is show up and trust the process.

  • A few days after your photoshoot, you’ll come back to the studio for your reveal. You’ll see your portraits for the first time and choose the products or collections you love.

Our Signature Boudoir Session Fee is $250 and includes:

  • Your time in the studio

  • Personalized session planning & wardrobe video appointment

  • Full posing direction (Michele will guide you down to your fingertips)

  • Access to the studio accessories, high-heels & sets

  • Private image reveal & ordering appointment

  • 💄 Professional hair & makeup can be added to complete your luxury experience (additional $150)

Your images and products are purchased separately at your reveal appointment. Collections begin at $595 and range up to $4295, with flexible payment options available.

  • Absolutely! We coordinate everything to ensure a smooth and comfortable session. From selecting poses to guiding your expressions, we offer comprehensive coaching to help you feel confident and empowered throughout the shoot. Our goal is to capture your unique personality and style effortlessly.

  • Privacy is crucial to us. Your images will never be shared without your explicit consent. Each client signs a release that specifies how their images can be used, ensuring your comfort and privacy are respected.

  • Every client says this before their session. And every client leaves saying they’ve never felt more beautiful.

  • For the best experience, the session is just us. That way, you can relax and fully embrace the moment. If you must bring someone, they are welcome to wait in our client lounge during your shoot, providing you with encouragement while you enjoy your private boudoir experience.

  • Yes—but always naturally. You’ll still look like you, just polished.

  • After your shoot, we’ll schedule your private gallery reveal for about a week later, where you can view and purchase your favorite images.
