Yes — more than anyone, this experience is for you. Most of the women who walk through our doors don't feel confident going in. That's not a barrier to booking, it's exactly why this exists. Every pose is guided, every angle is chosen with you in mind, and our job is to help you see yourself in a new way — long before you ever see the final images. You don't need to feel ready. You just need to show up.
-
Not at all. While many clients do book around a wedding, anniversary, or milestone, just as many book simply for themselves — no occasion required. This is your story, and wanting to see yourself this way is reason enough.
-
This is a very common worry clients mention, and one of the most least likely outcomes. Every pose is guided in real time — we're watching the camera with you, adjusting angles and lighting as we go, so nothing makes it to your gallery that hasn't already been seen and loved by us too. By the time you sit down for your Reveal, you're looking at a curated, professionally edited gallery. Clients consistently tell us they're surprised by how much they love what they see and that they loved seeing images on the camera during the photoshoot.

During booking, you'll select your privacy preference, and it's honored throughout your entire experience:
Full Sharing — you're comfortable with your images (including your face) being used in our portfolio, website, and social media.
Anonymous — your images may be shared, but only in ways that don't reveal your identity (cropped, obscured, or featuring details rather than your face).
Private — your images are kept completely confidential and are never shared or published anywhere.
You choose your preference up front, so there's never any guesswork about how your images may be used.

What's the difference between La Séduction and La Petite Muse? La Séduction is our signature session — up to 90 minutes, 3 wardrobe changes, with hair and makeup available as an add-on. La Petite Muse is a shorter, simpler session — 30 minutes, 1 wardrobe change, perfect if you're short on time. Full details are on our Investment page.

What is a boudoir session, exactly?
A private, guided photo session designed to make her feel confident and beautiful — no experience needed..Does she have to know about it?
A gift card can be purchased, or her date reserved, without her knowing at first — but she needs to be in the loop before the wardrobe consultation. That's a 25-minute Zoom call that has to happen with her, at least 2 weeks before the shoot date. So the surprise can hold right up until then. Loved ones have coordinated the entire booking themselves, as long as she's the one on the wardrobe planning video call. How does gifting actually work?
Two options:Gift card — the giver sets the dollar amount, and she books her own date and picks her session/collection whenever she's ready. Gift cards never expire.
Direct booking — the giver reserves her session date and pays the session fee, then either (a) she chooses and pays for her collection at the Gallery Reveal, or (b) the giver pre-purchases a full collection/package as part of the gift.
Does the gift-giver have to plan wardrobe?
No — wardrobe planning is strictly between the photographer and her. She brings her own intimates; the studio provides everything else, including accessories, heels, and jewelry.Does she need to be experienced or "photogenic"?
No — most clients have never done this before. Every pose and expression is guided, start to finish. Can the gift-giver see the photos?
Yes — they're welcome to see the final images. The Gallery Reveal is booked a few days before the shoot and takes place about a week after the photshoot. What's a typical budget for a gift like this?
Session fee reserves the date: $195 (La Séduction, full 3-outfit session) or $95 (La Petite Muse, 1-outfit mini session). Collections start at $1,995 (14 images) and go up to $4,895 (60 images), with a la carte digital options starting at $595. She can also build her own collection. How far in advance should this be booked?
We recommend at least 30 days before you want your final images — but since dates book up, more lead time is always better. Most bookings come in 6 months to a year in advance.Gift certificate details
A digital gift card can be purchased and the giver sets the dollar amount, and it never expires. It can be emailed or texted to her on whatever date is chosen. A physical gift card is also available on request, mailed out.Ready to get started?

Your outfits — chosen together during your wardrobe planning appointment, a video call where we go over options based on your session type (La Séduction or La Petite Muse) and what makes you feel your best. This is also the time to mention any special items you'd like to include, like a wedding veil, wedding shoes, or a sentimental piece of jewelry. From there, you simply bring what we've planned; everything else during your session is guided.
